Dr. Saleh Ibrahim Almotairi is the General Director of the National Cybersecurity Center (NCS ), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Before being named to the NCSC Dr. Almotairi was responsible for the Security Audit program at the National Information Center and was significantly involved in privacy, security and audit.

Dr. Almotairi received his PhD in Information Security in 2009 from Queensland University of Technology in Australia after obtaining his Master’s Degree at Queensland University.
