Blake Davis, Director of Engineering & Technology (E&T) for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems has over 35 years of experience in technical leadership in delivering military, intelligence, civil and commercial systems to US Government, international and commercial customers.   His technical leadership across and background in software engineering, systems engineering and systems architecture have been leveraged to successfully deliver complex programs from 20M-3B US$.  This includes leadership of teams from 20 to 2300 engineers and IT professionals.  He impacts his teams with positive leadership and instills in them a strong sense of strategic thought leadership, critical thinking with professional delivery, and increasing engineering and operational efficiency.  He currently manages the engineering across a large portfolio of C4ISR programs for international and US government customers including the US Missile Defense Agencies Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) system.
