Dr. Jalal Al-Muhtadi is the Director of the Center of Excellence in Information Assurance (CoEIA) at King Saud University and a cybersecurity consultant. He is also an Assistant Professor at the department of Computer Science at King Saud University. He received his PhD and MS degrees in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. He has over 40 scientific publications in the areas of cybersecurity, information assurance and privacy.
